Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and meal support
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life
Monitor and document changes in residents' physical and mental health
Support residents with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence
Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident living areas and communal spaces
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement and follow individualized care plans
Engage in ongoing training and development to improve caregiving skills
Previous experience as a care assistant or in a related field is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
Ability to work effectively within a team while demonstrating initiative.
Willingness to relocate to Dublin, Ireland, and adapt to a new environment.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in healthcare or social care are advantageous.
Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
EU residency is required.
