Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the day-to-day management of the office

* Manage IT services and equipment, including telephone systems
">
* Liaise with facilities and maintenance teams to ensure a safe and clean working environment

* Implement and oversee Health & Safety policy and ensure compliance
">
* Support the Senior Leadership Team with administration and meeting coordination
">
* Manage incoming and outgoing post, as well as office supplies
">
* Maintain and update HR records, including staff training and compliance
">
* Administer recruitment processes, including shortlisting and contract production
">
* Coordinate the induction and onboarding of new staff, including training on systems
">
* Manage the offboarding process for departing staff
