Job Description:
Our client, a major organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to take ownership of key analysis deliverables across a range of high-impact transformation projects.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with deep business analysis expertise and stakeholder leadership experience.
Job Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities from initiation through to delivery, ensuring clarity of requirements and traceability
Engage directly with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and challenge assumptions where appropriate
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit, refine and validate business and technical requirements
Produce high-quality artefacts including process maps, impact assessments, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Proactively manage change impact analysis across business units and functions
Contribute to solution design discussions and ensure alignment to business objectives
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to improving analysis standards and templates
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven delivery across multiple projects
Ability to work independently, manage senior stakeholder expectations, and deliver high-quality outputs in fast-paced environments
Expertise in end-to-end process mapping, requirements elicitation and documentation
Familiarity with regulated environments such as financial services is highly desirable
Experience in Agile delivery and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence or similar tools
Background in regulatory, compliance, or operational transformation programmes
Strong influencing and communication skills at senior stakeholder level
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
