Role responsibilities include:
* Support the Senior QS in all aspects of commercial and cost management.
* Manage the subcontractor procurement process efficiently and on schedule.
* Prepare trade budgets and carry out cost analysis and negotiation of work packages.
* Administer subcontractor appointments, accounts, and payment processes.
* Prepare project cash flows and interim valuations.Manage change orders and maintain accurate cost records.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Degree in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying.
* Proven experience managing complex projects from pre-contract to final account, including cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
