Early Years Manager Role
The Crèche Manager will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of early years care and education. They will work closely with management team, educators to ensure best practices are upheld in line with Tusla Regulations, Síolta, and Aistear standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring children's safety, health, wellbeing at all times, while working in partnership with parents.
* Observing assessing each Early Years room, providing constructive feedback support to staff.
* Assisting guiding educators in implementing curriculum practices, documentation observations.
* Supporting creation maintenance of enriching engaging indoor outdoor learning environments.
* Taking responsibility ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge inspection standards readiness for inspectorate bodies.
* Staying current in Early Years best practice through CPD, sourcing recommending training opportunities for staff as required.
* Ensuring all staff files certifications relevant documents are current meet regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of Level 8 (BA/BSc Hons or equivalent) in Early Years Education.
* A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in managerial role within early years service.
* A strong command of spoken written English.
* Availability to work full 5-day week (9am to 6pm).
