Site Operations Director
As the primary liaison for site-level IT operations and projects, this role ensures seamless coordination of support and service activities across multiple stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will manage a dedicated team responsible for delivering key managed services (MS), including:
* Support coverage
* System administration
* Validation
* Project execution
Additionally, the Site Operations Director will lead resource planning and recruitment efforts for both managed services and professional placements at the site.
Collaboration with cross-functional leaders from engineering to sales is crucial in enhancing and expanding our on-site IT service footprint.
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning service delivery metrics, financial performance tracking, and reporting to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
Maintaining trusted relationships with on-site customer contacts and serving as the go-to point of escalation and solution are essential aspects of this role.
