About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Executive. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing successful supplier onboarding sales programs for our clients.
Main Responsibilities
* Achieve and surpass annual revenue and asset targets by leveraging your exceptional sales skills and industry knowledge.
* Collaborate with sponsoring clients to develop and implement effective supplier finance sales programs that drive business growth.
* Sell, follow up, and enroll prospective clients onto our Supplier Finance program/platform through strategic relationship building and negotiation.
* Cultivate a strong active program pipeline and monitor progress towards closure, ensuring timely delivery of results.
* Negotiate pricing rates and handle discussions on contracts, demonstrating your expertise in commercial agreement management.
* Assist in the process to ensure completion of all supplier documentation/agreements and conduct KYC/Due Diligence, upholding the highest standards of compliance and risk management.

* Ability to work effectively towards specific project delivery deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Requirements
* Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a client-focused environment, preferably in a sales or account management capacity.
* Demonstrated communications strategy and effectiveness, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Prior experience in providing top-tier dedicated client service is highly desirable, as is a process-oriented approach to work and experience with CRM systems.
