Consistent experience in a PCF (CBI Pre-approved Controlled Function) role, in the insurance sector in Ireland, ideally as head of retail sales.
Salary € 90k – 100k fix + bonus + stock options

We are establishing a Managing General Agent (AGM) in Dublin, so as to operatewith a selected number of European-based B2B and B2C online travel operators and networks of travel agencies.
We are looking for our employee number 1, a profile halfway between the product manager and the business developer, but most importantly an entrepreneurial person with deep knowledge and experience of the travel insurance market.
After a period of start-up during which the person will work in tight coordination with the Swiss mother company, defining the product offer, in 2026 will assume the role of Managing Director of the Dublin-based MGA, with the responsibility of building and operating a competitive team.

Business Development Director Europe – Travel Market 100% (m/f/d)
We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality with substantial experience in the European travel insurance sector to assume the role of Business Development Manager Europe.
The successful candidate is an Accredited Product Advisor (APA) in Ireland and is willing to play hard and gain big with us.

The position is based in our office in Dublin (Ireland).
Key Responsibilities
· Set-up Insurteam MGA operations in Dublin, coordinating internal and external resources (lawyers, consultants) so to obtain and maintain legal compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland.
· Elaborate ultra-competitive policy offers in partnership with actuarial and legal partners, and find adequate carriers’ capacity to ensure superiority against competition while maintaining substantial profitability.
· Coordinate operations in partnership with the Swiss team so as to guarantee a smooth workflow with our channel partners (B2B and B2C online travel operators, travel agency groups, online travel aggregators, …)
Understand the best solutions and strategies to be competitive in each European country, with a strong focus on individual, single trip policies
Develop bespoke collaboration strategies that align our claim automation systems with the insurance company Assistance team, ensuring competitive pricing and optimal structuring
Actively participate in global practice groups, representing Insurteam.
Oversee wording discussions, ensuring clarity and precision in policy terms
Your profile
Excellent organizational skills.

In-depth understanding of travel insurance markets, processes, and client service dynamics

The ideal candidate has worked for major international insurance companies for at least 7/8 years, and has at least 5 years of experience in pre-approved functions.
