We're looking for a Head Pizza Chef who:
Knows New York style pizza inside-out (or is hungry to master it).
Has strong kitchen management skills and can lead a small team.
Brings creativity, consistency, and high standards every single service.
Can design, test, and launch a small but punchy menu that delivers wow-factor.
Keeps the kitchen organised, compliant, and running like clockwork.
