The role
Supervisor – Modern Tyres Ireland (Retail) Limited
Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.
Reports to: Branch Manager.
Job Summary: As Supervisor the person will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in the management of the branch and, in his absence, to take full responsibility for the management of the branch. The person will be responsible for ensuring that the team achieves service, sales and quality targets in a customer‑focused environment while ensuring all company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, are adhered to.
Key Tasks
Supervise and actively work on Motor Vehicles on the workshop floor
Achieve company and branch objectives & targets
Ensure all administrative work is conducted in a timely manner
Record all relevant details on our in‑house systems
Support Branch Manager as requested (e.g., audits)
Use materials, parts and equipment efficiently
Maintain full compliance with all Health & Safety procedures
Adhere fully to the company’s operations manual
Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures / operations manual
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Good technical and motor experience
Leadership experience required
