Senior Reward Manager Role Summary


We are seeking a strategic Senior Reward Manager to lead our reward function, delivering high-impact projects and managing annual compensation cycles.




Key Responsibilities


1. Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary policy, bonus schemes, share plans, and market analysis.

2. Coordinate senior management compensation across European entities in partnership with UK teams.

3. Monitor employment legislation, market trends, and survey data to adapt reward strategies.

4. Prepare reports and recommendations for HR executives.

5. Develop remuneration structures following market reviews or restructuring initiatives.

6. Drive strategic reward projects and contribute to broader HR initiatives.
