Content Quality Reviewer (Italian Speaker)
Location: Fully Onsite Dublin 4
Contract: 6/9 months (TBC)
Salary: €37,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Key Responsibilities
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times, as protecting customer privacy is a top priority.
Work with a wide variety of data types including, but not limited to, text, speech, audio, images, and video.
Deliver high-quality labelled data by following detailed guidelines and using in-house tools and software, supporting the responsible development and deployment of AI.
Demonstrate the ability to generate high-quality human insight data across multiple modalities, including text, image, video, and audio.
Apply sound judgement and logical decision-making when working with ambiguous or incomplete information.
Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly adapt between different task categories and requirements.
Support daily operational deliverables across multiple task types assigned to you and your team.
Analyse root causes, identify error patterns, and recommend solutions to improve the quality of labelling tasks and outputs.
Identify day-to-day process or operational issues within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and tools, and suggest improvements to maintain operational efficiency.
Demonstrate ownership by providing floor support and helping resolve internal queries during task execution when required.
Minimum Qualifications
Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while reviewing and labelling large volumes of text, speech, audio, image, and video data.
Ability to concentrate for extended periods and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience evaluating or analysing content such as dialogue, language, or multimedia data is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound judgments when working with ambiguous or incomplete information.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a diverse team while maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to data security and privacy standards.
