We are looking for a full-time Dietician to join us, working remotely, to develop and deliver a nutrition and dietetic service to patients online.
You will:
* Teach and advise clients about how food and healthy eating habits can prevent illness and achieve and maintain optimum health.
* Advise on what to eat to lead a healthier lifestyle or to attain a set of health related goals, including weight loss, the management of diabetes, hormonal disorders or the reduction of high blood pressure.
* Evaluate the patients’ health and habits and assess this alongside the patients’ health and lifestyle goals.
You will need:
* Current and up to date registration with the Irish Nutrition & Dietetic Institute (INDI)
* Current and up to date registration with CORU
* University degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics
* To be resident within the Republic of Ireland
* To have minimum of 2 years' experience, post qualification
* IT literacy (intermediate level minimum)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work individually or within a team and foster good working relationships
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
* An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
