Your Role
As part of our team, you will:
* Provide exceptional care and education to children in a childcare, preschool, or creche setting.
* Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive activities tailored to the needs of every child, including those with additional needs.
* Support children's social, emotional, and educational development in line with international curricula and frameworks.
* Build strong relationships with families, using child management tools to enhance communication and collaboration.
* Collaborate with a team of professionals to create a nurturing and resource-rich learning environment.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
* A minimum Level 5 qualification in Early Childcare or a related field (recognized by DCECIY).
* A commitment to excellence in childcare and early education.
* An interest in or experience working as a Special Needs Assistant or AIM Support.
* Reliability and the ability to commute to Ballapousta.
* Eligibility to start in the new year.
Nice-to-Haves:
* Experience or interest in working with international educational frameworks.
