This role is a major part of an organisation-wide transformation the business is currently going through. This is a pivotal role in the success of this project.
Quick overview:
* Foster and scale an agile culture and practices throughout the organisation
* Collaborate with agile squads daily, offering coaching and feedback to squad members and Kanban teams
* Design and implement coaching plans, governance frameworks, and agreements.
The role:
