Responsibilities
Design and embed an enterprise GIS that shapes client asset management and investment decisions
Advise on ArcGIS Enterprise deployment and build high-value GIS applications
Turn complex data into insights that inform leadership decisions
Serve as a visible expert, problem solver and mentor for clients and colleagues
Qualifications
Strong, hands-on experience with Esri GIS solutions in an enterprise environment
Proven success leading and delivering GIS projects in fast-paced, client-facing settings
Expert level skills in ArcGIS Pro (and ArcMap), with solid data management and QA capability
Demonstrated experience in Web GIS, including building web maps and applications using ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal), ArcGIS Online or similar
A proactive, collaborative mindset and the confidence to act as a trusted technical advisor and mentor
Experience applying GIS within sectors such as asset management, engineering, transportation, planning, water or environment is beneficial but not essential
About The Opportunity
Our Cities & Places team in Ireland is growing. You'll work with a key client in Dublin, establishing and maintaining a GIS capability for their Asset Management team, with freedom to shape solutions, not just deliver them
Beyond the initial project, opportunities to join other initiatives across Jacobs, expanding technical depth and sector experience
Based in central Dublin with Jacobs' hybrid approach—at least three days a week on-site with client and Jacobs colleagues
