The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to creating rich learning experiences for children. You will work as part of a collaborative team to support children's holistic development and wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based activities.Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for all children.Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.Observe, document, and assess children's learning in line with Aistear.Maintain compliance with Tusla, ECCE, and all relevant regulations.Contribute to team meetings, curriculum planning, and reflective practice.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education (Level 6/7/8 desirable).Knowledge of Aistear, Síolta, and relevant early years frameworks.Fluent EnglishGenuine passion for working with children.Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a supportive team.First Aid, Manual Handling, and Child Protection training (or willingness to complete).Job Type: Full-timePay: €15.00-€17.50 per hourWork Location: In person
