About the Role:
The Junior Construction Project Manager will support the senior project and site teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone early in their construction management career who is eager to learn, grow, and eventually lead their own projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Project Manager in coordinating all aspects of construction projects
2. Support planning, scheduling, and delivery of residential and mixed-use developments
3. Track progress against project timelines and budgets
4. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure clear communication and workflow
5. Attend site meetings and take minutes/actions as needed
6. Maintain project documentation and update records in line with compliance and quality standards
7. Identify and flag risks or delays early to ensure corrective action can be taken
8. Assist with health and safety compliance, snag lists, and final handovers

Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with 12 years of experience in a Project Management, Site Coordination, or Assistant PM role within construction. A third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is also required. Additionally, strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

* Strong knowledge of MS Office
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Procore, BIM360)
* Ability to read and understand construction drawings
