As part of our ongoing pursuit of excellence, we are currently looking for a Night Porter to join the team at Cliff at Lyons.
Main Duties: Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage from the moment they arrive at the hotel until they reach their room.
Provide directions and escort guests to their rooms while offering assistance with explaining room features and hotel amenities.
Ensure the cleanliness and order of the lobby, entrance areas, and any designated porter stations.
Maintain the cleanliness of luggage trolleys and ensure all equipment is in working condition.
