Job Description
To deliver exceptional customer service and support to our customers, you will be responsible for providing a best-in-class retail experience. This includes assisting and supporting the management team in all aspects of the business, including sales, security, cash, and stock control.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for controlling and operating a store in the absence of the manager, ensuring that all Company policies and procedures are followed. You will also be responsible for motivating and encouraging the team, as well as ensuring that staff adhere to all Company instructions, policies, and procedures.
You will be expected to provide leadership and guidance to the team, setting a positive example and demonstrating the potential to lead a team of people in the absence of the Store Manager. Additionally, you will be required to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, maintaining a professional level of customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist and support the management team in all aspects of the business, including sales, security, cash, and stock control.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Essential: Maths and English GCSE, Grade C or above (or equivalent). NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Retail/Customer Service (desirable).
* Applicants must be 18 years old and over.
* Minimum of 1 year's supervisory experience within a retail environment.
* Previous experience of an EPOS system and cash handling.
* Previous experience of stock handling and control.
* Ability to solve problems and work on your own initiative as part of a team.
* Leadership qualities, including the ability to lead a team of people in the absence of the Store Manager.
