Accounts Administration Assistant Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Accounts Administration Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing departmental records, preparing and processing weekly payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivables, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managed orderly filing of departmental records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Preparation and processing of weekly payroll.
* Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivables, and invoicing.
* Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), production output, and stock to management and other departments.
* Ensuring timely completion and filing of all returns required by regulatory bodies.
* Processing and acknowledging sales orders and preparing shipping documentation.

Requirements:
