Technical Field Engineer – Ireland
We urgently require a Technical Field Engineer to join our extensive UK & Ireland engineering team.
Based in the south west of Ireland, this role will primarily focus on telecom hosted voice installations; you will also attend telecom support visits, carry out basic IT installations and attend basic IT support visits when required. Ideally the successful applicant lives in the County Cork area or in close proximity to meet our customer's needs in that wider area. Full support and product training will be provided to develop the new field engineer into a highly skilled member of the engineering team for telecoms & IT. The successful candidate will already have good hosted telephony experience and a good understanding of basic LAN connectivity.
Qualifications
Minimum 12 months’ experience in hosted voice telephony solutions installations.
A good IT infrastructure understanding.
A positive can-do attitude, good communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
An enthusiasm to learn and grow individual knowledge & skills.
A full driving licence.
