Practice Manager
This is a newly created position for the company.
* We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to support the Partners of the firm in their daily tasks and projects.
* The successful candidate will have a background in accounting and previous experience managing administrative tasks, facilities, and systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide full administrative support to the Partners of the firm.
* Manage general services and facilities for the office.
* Point of contact for general office and facility-related matters.
* Assist with employee events, training, onboarding, and exiting processes.
* Represent the company at recruitment fairs.
* Manage IT, software, and hardware systems with external IT consultants' assistance.
* Manage system application contract renewals and other contracts.
* Ensure AML compliance for the firm.
* Cover for Company Secretarial Specialist during annual leave.
* Manage bespoke and one-off projects.
* Oversee health and safety.
* Support teams during busy periods.
* Cover reception when required.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role from a busy organization in a financial setting.
* 1+ years experience in a Practice firm.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal guidance.
* Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Virtual Cabinet (Document Management System) – desirable.
* Proficiency in Excel.
