Head Baker / Bakery Manager Job Description
This full-time position involves managing a team of approximately 12 members, overseeing the production and supply of high-end bakery products to shops, stores, and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the bakery
* Supervise a team of bakers and ensure effective workflow and productivity
* Oversee production planning, inventory management, and quality control
* Collaborate with suppliers to maintain optimal supply lines
* Develop and implement strategies for growth and expansion while maintaining high standards
Requirements:
* Experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Head Chef with expertise in bakery products
* Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
* Ability to create and implement rosters, HACCP protocols, and SOPs
* Excellent communication, training, and motivational skills
* Possession of relevant certifications and qualifications
Benefits:
* Negotiable salary ranging from €40,000 to €50,000 per annum
