The Role:
We are seeking an energetic and highly organised Front of Desk & Sales Administrator to join our team.
This is a dynamic role combining customer facing retail duties with strong administrative support for the sales and design team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a proven sales background and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
You'll be at the heart of showroom operations, from greeting clients and processing sales to coordinating deliveries and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, in person, by phone and via email
Process sales, payments and customer quotations efficiently
Support the sales and design team with order management, pricing and product administration
Coordinate and track deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
Prepare invoices, manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers as needed
Maintain showroom presentation and assist with day to day retail operations
Provide outstanding customer service while helping to drive sales revenue
Who We're Looking For:
Professional, positive and highly organised
Strong multitasker with exceptional attention to detail
Proven retail sales or customer service experience (luxury or interiors experience an advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong administrative skills, including quoting, invoicing and order tracking
Confident with Microsoft Office and POS systems
Comfortable balancing sales targets with exceptional service standards
Requirements:
Must be based in Ireland
Fluent written and spoken English
Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a retail, sales or administrative role
Experience in interiors, furniture or luxury retail preferred
