The Role:

We are seeking an energetic and highly organised Front of Desk & Sales Administrator to join our team. This is a dynamic role combining customer facing retail duties with strong administrative support for the sales and design team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a proven sales background and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. You'll be at the heart of showroom operations, from greeting clients and processing sales to coordinating deliveries and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the first point of contact for clients, in person, by phone and via email
* Process sales, payments and customer quotations efficiently
* Support the sales and design team with order management, pricing and product administration
* Coordinate and track deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
* Prepare invoices, manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers as needed
* Maintain showroom presentation and assist with day to day retail operations
* Provide outstanding customer service while helping to drive sales revenue

Who We're Looking For:

* Professional, positive and highly organised
* Strong multitasker with exceptional attention to detail
* Proven retail sales or customer service experience (luxury or interiors experience an advantage)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong administrative skills, including quoting, invoicing and order tracking
* Confident with Microsoft Office and POS systems
* Comfortable balancing sales targets with exceptional service standards

Requirements:

* Must be based in Ireland
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a retail, sales or administrative role
* Experience in interiors, furniture or luxury retail preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €27,000.00 per year
