We strive for execution excellence while being direct, humble, collaborative, and inclusive of diverse perspectives.AMD together we advance_Job Description: Sales Support Manager - Enterprise AccountsRole SummaryThe Sales Support Manager will act as a strategic partner to Enterprise Account Executives (AEs), enabling sales excellence through operational rigor, pipeline visibility, and business insights. This role is pivotal in driving execution across the enterprise sales cycle—from opportunity qualification to closure—by ensuring process adherence, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline Management & ForecastingEnsure the enterprise sales pipeline in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) is consistently monitored, promoting data accuracy throughout all opportunity stages.Monitor opportunity aging, stage progression, and forecast accuracy; flag risks and recommend corrective actions.Support win/loss analysis and reporting to inform strategic adjustments.Process OptimizationChampion CRM hygiene and process compliance across the sales organization.Identify and implement improvements in sales operations workflows.Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to streamline processes and resolve blockers.Business Insights & ReportingGenerate and analyze dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and Piton to provide actionable insights to sales leadership.Track key sales KPIs and support performance reviews.Sales EnablementCoordinate with Sales Enablement and Product teams to deliver training, tools, and content tailored to enterprise sales motions.Support execution of sales plays and account planning initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.5+ years of experience in sales operations, business management, or enterprise sales support.Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Experience supporting enterprise sales teams or complex B2B sales cycles is a plus.Preferred AttributesHighly collaborative and proactive mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Benefits offered are described:AMD benefits at a glance.AMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
