About the Role:
* Overall responsibility for the running of the store, maximising sales, efficient cost controls, and promoting excellent customer service.
* Directly responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service is provided by all staff members.
* Actively support, develop, and train your team to feel valued and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fully merchandise the store to company guidelines and maintain stock management.
2. Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
3. Identify opportunities to improve store standards and implement changes.
