Construction Administrator Full time office based in Dublin 2 Opportunity to work for a leading residential developer. Design & Technical department Background Our client is a leading residential developer, specialising in housing and apartment projects. The primary objective of this role is to support the Technical team in managing and coordinating information across a range of stakeholder groups. The position will play a key role in driving consistency across the wider portfolio, while helping to implement and maintain the structures and processes required for efficient project delivery. Package details Base salary up to €50,000 Annual bonus Pension Medical cover 23 days annual leave Annual salary review CPD funding Responsibilities Monitoring document compliance (naming, format, numbering, content) Supporting setup and management of the project document management system (DMS) Maintaining structured file systems, workflows, and technical review processes Ensuring consistent submission, review, approval, and distribution of project documentation Managing RFIs, submittals, and technical queries through workflow systems Supporting information exchange at key project stages (design reviews, tender, handover) Coordinating technical data for sales, transactions, and purchaser requests Assisting with BCAR documentation collation and compliance Supporting safety file and handover documentation for project completion Maintaining version control, audit trails, and information accuracy Supporting reporting, presentations, and team coordination as required Key skills required Experience working with CDEs or document management systems (DMS) in construction Understanding of design processes and information management Familiarity with construction workflows such as RFIs, submittals, design reviews, change control, and digital handover Experience supporting construction projects
