Job Title
The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing the fund accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements preparation. This includes reviewing reconciliations, capital/income distribution workings, waterfall calculations and communicating with investment managers and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records of client transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls.
* Oversee Fund Accounting Operations, coordinating team workload allocations to meet deadlines.
Review periodic net asset value (NAV) reconciliations;r
