Job Overview
The Information Analyst will occupy a permanent, full-time position in the HR Department, Workforce Planning, Information Systems & Data Analytics Team. They will manage this function and be responsible for producing, reporting and analysing employee data and metrics, dashboard compilation and meeting monthly data deadlines. The purpose of the post is to support WFP, ECC, Org Management & operational & strategic decision making. The role includes continual development of reporting tools & processes. They will work closely with Hiring Managers on workforce planning to assist trending future workforce requirements.
