Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Maynooth. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily office operations, answer phone inquiries while maintaining professional phone etiquette, and provide support for executive administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing clerical duties, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring efficient communication across teams. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and excellent organizational skills.
