We offer candidates the opportunity to join our organisation as a Graduate Health and Safety Advisor (Concrete Products and Aggregates business unit).
The position is based at our head office in Dunboyne and will provide the right candidate with a development pathway to build a career within Kilsaran.
This role will involve occasional travel within the greater Meath/Midlands area.
You will require your own transport and travel costs will be expensed on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of H+S policies and procedures.
Support the Regional Health Safety Manager in conducting risk assessments and site inspections.
Help in identifying workplace hazards and recommending improvements.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, audits, and training sessions.
Participate in accident investigations and aid in reporting.
Support the delivery of H+S training and awareness sessions.
Stay updated with health and safety regulations and best practices.
Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company standards.
Skills Required: A keen interest in Health Safety with a willingness to learn develop.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of H+S legislation (preferred but not essential).
Relevant qualification in Health Safety (or working towards one) is an advantage.
