Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Management Accountant to join their team.
Role Overview The Management Accountant will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and strategic support to a portfolio of clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a practice-trained accountant who enjoys client interaction and adding value beyond compliance work.
Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts for a portfolio of clients Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Support year-end financial statement preparation and liaise with audit teams where required Prepare and review VAT returns and other statutory filings Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored financial advice Assist with process improvements and implementation of financial controls Mentor and support junior team members as required Key Requirements ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified (or finalist nearing completion) Minimum 3+ years' experience in an accountancy practice environment Strong experience preparing management accounts Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage directly with clients Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) and Excel Ability to manage multiple client deadlines in a fast-paced environment For more information, please contact me on ******
