Duties
1. Management and recording of incoming goods: Receive customer batches for processing, perform quantity and quality checks, and complete associated batch records (electronic and paper records).
2. Preparation of products for processing.
3. Ensure all products are correctly labelled and report any discrepancies to the E-beam Supervisor.
4. Prepare dosimeters for routine and validation batches and maintain appropriate records.
5. Place and retrieve routine and validation batches on/from the E-beam conveyor and prepare products for shipping.
6. Read dosimeters from routine and validation batches and maintain records.
7. Ensure products are labelled and identified correctly for shipping.
8. Report any damage during the E-beam process to the E-beam Supervisor.
9. Assist with shipping customer batches, perform quality checks, and complete batch records.
10. Support the E-beam Technical Department with equipment qualification and calibration activities.
Quality
1. Maintain accurate records of all activities.
2. Ensure documentation meets company SOP standards.
3. Attend required training sessions.
4. Report deviations or problems to the Supervisor.
5. Keep training records current and accurate.
Time Keeping and Attendance
1. Record daily timekeeping and swipe access cards when entering/exiting.
2. Notify the Supervisor of any absences as per company policy.
Dose Map Studies
1. Assist with dose map activities as needed.
2. Compile and present relevant paperwork to the Technical Department.
General Housekeeping
* Maintain cleanliness and order in the E-beam area at all times.
General Production Support
* Assist other production departments as required.
Other Responsibilities and Duties
* Report process-related problems or incidents to the Supervisor.
* Participate in environmental and personnel radiation monitoring.
* Attend medical examinations as required.
* Collaborate with management and Technical Department to ensure product traceability in E-beam processing.
* Assist with specific production projects.
