HR Generalist
Re:work is working with our client to recruit an HR Generalist on a two-year fixed-term basis, with scope for the role to transition to a permanent position.
Role Summary
We're looking for a proactive HR professional to join a dynamic People team within a thriving organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll take ownership of core HR activities spanning talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, ER support, compliance, data analytics, and strategic initiatives. What You'll Be Doing
* Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from job briefing through to offer stage, partnering with hiring managers and delivering exceptional candidate experience
* Act as a first point of contact for employee relations matters, support case management, draft documentation, and arrange occupational health assessments where required
* Provide advice on HR policies and employment law, lead policy review initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with GDPR standards
* Administer performance review cycles, track completion rates, support managers with calibration and development planning
* Oversee training coordination including logistics, attendance tracking, evaluation, and reporting on L&D effectiveness
* Coordinate annual salary review processes including pay adjustments, incentive programmes, advancement decisions, and succession planning
* Generate HR insights through data analysis, track key people metrics (turnover, absence, headcount), and produce dashboards for leadership review
* Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and EDI initiatives, and drive HR transformation projects
* Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, position HR as a credible business partner, and deliver responsive, solutions-oriented support
What We're Looking For
* Degree-level qualification in HR, Business, or relevant field
* CIPD qualified or working towards accreditation
* 4+ years of generalist HR experience in a similar capacity
* Background in a global corporate or professional services environment preferred
* Solid understanding of employment law, HR best practice, and compliance requirements
* Exceptional organisational capability and precision in execution
* Strong communicator with excellent writing skills for policies, communications, and stakeholder correspondence
* Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Professional presence with strong credibility and stakeholder management skills
* Self-directed, solutions-focused, and able to work autonomously

* Salary: €57,000-€62,000
