About this Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supervising staff, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Executive Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
* Supervise kitchen staff and maintain high standards of hygiene and organization
* Liaise with Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies
Requirements
* Previous experience in a senior kitchen role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Able to work efficiently under pressure
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations
