Job Summary
A Contract Quantity Surveyor is required to maintain excellent relations with clients and their representatives, supporting staff in commercial/contractual duties, and liaising with other departments to improve service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing valuations, applications for payment, reconciliations, and certification of amounts for contract, sub-contractors, specialists, and suppliers.
This role requires a post-graduate degree in Quantity Surveying and 6-10 years of experience in a similar position. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will also possess high level accuracy and attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Benefits
This permanent staff role offers a salary that is negotiable based on experience and qualifications, ranging from €55k to €80k per annum. The role includes an office-based position and site visits. EU passport or Stamp 4 visa is required.
