Please note that the successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience working in the Irish market. Candidates whose experience has been exclusively gained overseas cannot be considered for this position.

The Role
As Head of Engineering, you will act as the principal technical authority, ensuring compliance and quality across all M&E designs and retrofit strategies. You will mentor and scale the engineering team, implement best-in-class design processes, and lead technical innovation.
Requirements
* 15+ years' experience in M&E Building Services Engineering
* Chartered Engineer (CEng) with Engineers Ireland or equivalent
* Deep expertise in commercial energy retrofit projects
* Strong leadership and team management experience
* Knowledge of Irish and EU compliance standards
* *Healthcare experience is a notable advantage*
