The ideal candidate will spearhead efforts to resolve product issues, analyze customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. They will engage with stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as a key liaison between customers and internal departments.
Requirements include a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, typically 3-5 years of experience in a medical device environment, and strong knowledge of materials and process capabilities for catheter-based medical device implants.
 * Leverage root cause analysis techniques to implement product fixes, modifications, and design enhancements
 * Monitor and troubleshoot product issues escalated to design engineers
 * Negotiate with external vendors, customers, production, quality, and contract manufacturers
 * Collaborate with internal departments to optimize processes, materials, and logistics
