This position presents an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the full cost lifecycle of multiple high-value projects-from initial tender through to final account-within a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cost planning, estimation, and commercial management across multiple projects.
- Prepare tender and contract documentation, including detailed bills of quantities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and implement risk and value management strategies.
- Monitor progress and ensure cost control is maintained throughout project lifecycles.
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, valuations, and final account processes.
- Produce accurate reports, forecasts, and budget analyses.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations.
- Mentor junior QS staff and support their professional development.
