Key Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the store. Supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management. Manage inventory, including stock control and ordering. Ensure exceptional customer service and handle any issues or complaints effectively. Implement and maintain store policies, ensuring compliance with company standards. Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving sales targets. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store. Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail, ideally in a supervisory or assistant manager role. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
