Design Build Search are working with a multinational construction company who have opportunities for multiple Engineers nationwide. Our client is heavily involved in Data centre, pharma and industrial projects. Due to the volume of work you must be flexible with travel. The Engineer will play a key role in supporting and coordinating civil and works on-site. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to technical standards, this role assists in ensuring successful project execution within budget and programme requirements. Qualifications Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related field Previous main/large contractor experience Previous setting out experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Full drivers licence. Background in civil engineering with electrical project delivery preferred. Responsibilities Review project designs, drawings, and specifications; assist in producing detailed baseline programmes Monitor and track project schedules; provide progress updates and technical reports to the Project Manager and client. Oversea setting out duties and mentor junior engineers Support in identifying risks, delays, and critical path activities; assist in preparing extension of time claims where required. Prepare and issue required project documentation and records in line with contractual obligations. Provide technical support to site teams including Site Agents, Supervisors, and QS staff. Carry out inspections and assist with site audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and electrical standards. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design and coordination issues, proposing practical solutions. Ensure all electrical installations comply with statutory regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards.
