HR Manager (part-time)
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
HR Manager
looking to step into
a part-time permanent role.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead the HR function within a hands-on, high-performing family business.
This role would suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys autonomy, variety, and building robust people practices within a non-corporate, entrepreneurial environment.
The Role
Reporting to a Director, the HR Manager will take full ownership of the HR agenda, working closely with senior leadership to support the business through its next phase of growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with Directors and senior managers to develop and implement HR strategies aligned to business goals
* Acting as the main point of contact for employee relations matters
* Supporting talent management activities including recruitment, workforce planning, succession planning and development
* Reviewing, improving and embedding HR policies, processes and contracts
* Implementing an HR system/software to support scalable people operations
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice
* Using HR metrics and insights to drive engagement, performance and continuous improvement
Location & Working Pattern
* Part-time role with
flexible hours
* Hybrid working environment with adhoc on site presence needed as required.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum
2+ years' experience
in a HR Manager/HRBP role
* Strong employee relations background
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
* Excellent working knowledge of Irish employment legislation
* Confident operating in a growing, change-oriented business
* Strong communicator with the credibility to partner with senior leaders
* Mergers & Acquisitions experience
* HRIS implementation experience
