Senior Service Lead
The Senior Service Lead will be responsible for delivering a high-quality front of house service to young people and their families. The role involves working closely with the local management team to ensure an efficient and effective administrative process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing a first point of contact for young people entering the service and general reception duties.
* Answering the phone and dealing with queries from the public.
* Promoting the vision, values, and mission of the organization.
* Opening, recording, and processing post in line with policy.
* Keeping accurate records and systems in relation to all aspects of work.
* Participating as a member of the team in meetings and other forums.
* Coordinating purchasing and delivery of office supplies and stationery.
* Working in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Carrying out such other duties as may reasonably be requested.
Front of House and Administration:
* Supporting the Service Manager with efficient service operation.
* Maintaining a customer-focused environment.
* Reviewing and drawing learning from feedback from young people and parents/carers.
* Maximizing the use of systems to ensure work is efficient and completed to a high standard.
Leadership:
* Supporting the local management team in leading and delivering a high-quality service.
* Ensuring an even distribution of workload amongst the administration team.
* Overseeing and guiding the service administrator work plan.
* Supporting the line management, performance, and professional development of the service administration team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* A minimum of three years' office administration experience in a front of house position.
* A minimum of one year's line management experience.
* Effective communication skills, including the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
* Proficient level of computer literacy and competence in MS Office, Office 365, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint.
* Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Salary:
The salary range for this role is €32,000-€50,000 per annum.
