Role Overview The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, protecting, and evolving the brand identity of Aran Sweater Market and Weavers of Ireland across all customer touchpoints.
This role ensures that the brand is consistently represented across digital, retail, and marketing channels while supporting the company's international growth strategy.
The successful candidate will combine brand strategy, storytelling, and commercial awareness to strengthen the positioning of both brands globally.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement brand strategies that support long-term growth and brand differentiation Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all marketing channels Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver strong brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives Oversee brand guidelines and ensure adherence across the organisation Identify opportunities to strengthen brand perception in international markets Support the development of marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform brand strategy Work closely with retail and eCommerce teams to ensure the brand experience is consistent across physical and digital channels Monitor brand performance and customer perception Candidate Requirements Minimum of three years management experience within brand marketing or brand management Experience managing brands within retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer engagement Commercial awareness and ability to link brand strategy with business growth Degree or Master's qualification in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or Business preferred Please note this position is site based in Killarney, County Kerry
