Role Overview: Chef de Partie We are seeking apassionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Searsons. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality dishes, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow their culinary career within one of Dublin's most iconic venues. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard. Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service. Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work station in line with HACCP and food safety standards. Support senior chefs in menu planning and development. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when required. Manage stock rotation and minimise waste in line with cost controls. Contribute to the teams overall goals by bringing energy, creativity, and professionalism to every shift. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment. Passion for food, with a strong understanding of Irish and European cuisine. Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure. Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Fluent English.
