Job Title: Chief Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining the integrity of our financial systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
* Maintain and control the Fixed Asset register, including additions, disposals, and monthly reporting.
* Perform periodic physical asset verification, which will help identify any discrepancies or issues that may impact our financial performance.
* Prepare accurate SAP journal entries, including accruals and prepayments, to ensure timely and compliant financial reporting.
* Conduct thorough monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist in the preparation of comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
* Support the effective management of inventory general ledger controlling processes.
* Analyse insurance costs and monitor policy compliance to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to support cashflow management through accurate data collation and analysis.
* Assist with internal and external audits, as well as statutory reporting requirements (CSO, VAT, Intrastat, VIES), ensuring compliance and accuracy.
* Manage intercompany recharge processes accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless reporting and transparency.
* Pursue process optimisation and lean finance initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity improvements.
