You will work as a Temporary Production Operative for a company leading Ireland's innovation revolution in modern methods of construction. Based in their manufacturing facility in Carlow, you will support the production of high-quality timber frame and light-gauge steel components.
This is an IMMEDIATE START position — you must be available to begin right away. If you can start now, contact me ASAP.
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
* Operate machinery and equipment in the production process
* Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
* Work across multiple tasks to achieve delivery and quality targets
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
* Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
* Maintain accurate records of production output and quality
What are we looking for?
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
* Excellent attention to detail and a "get it right first time" attitude
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Previous manufacturing experience an advantage, not essential
* Good level of English
