Arcon Contracting Ltd are a small building company based on Co Kerry, we are expanding and as part of our expansion we require an experienced working Foreman to join our team.
The successful candidates should have the ability to work on our retrofit and building projects in the County of Kerry.
Job Duties:
* Attention to detail
* Reading drawings
* Working with clients and having the ability to make alterations,.ie problem solving
* Managing or working with a team or subcontractors
* Ability to quantify or order materials when required
* Knowledge of building codes and regulations
* Knowledge of health and safety
* Working with most building materials.
* Experienced in the use of building and carpentry tools
The following are required
Minimum 10 years of experience
Safe pass, Manual handling, Transport, Full clean driving licence.

Pay: €19.00-€35.00 per hour
