HR Executive Officer Temporary Here at Osborne, we are seeking a Temporary Executive Officer to join our public sector client based in Dublin City Centre. We are looking for an experience HR generalist or senior administration who has experience in all aspects of the employee lifecycle and administration of payroll for employee. This includes all leave management and compliance administration. This position would suit an individual with strong HR or payroll experience and with a minimum Level 7 qualification. Salary:€20.00 per hour Location: Dublin 4 Hybrid Start Date: Immediate Duration: 3 months Key Responsibilities: Managing the HR Inboxes for any queries Conducting and managing employee lifecycle Updating the HRIS system on all employee changes Compile HR / Payroll instructions Manage all leave (paid/unpaid) and benefits Drafting employment contracts Manage employee compliance including employment permits Completing weekly and monthly employee reports Qualifications: Previous experience in HR is necessary Minimum Level 7 Qualification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. High attention to detail and a commitment providing exceptional customer service.
